Vanessa Ware is a senior innovation and process leader with a passion for developing adaptive learning organisations and ecosystems.
Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in digitalization and innovation in leadership roles across multiple industries and public sector development. She specializes in creating and facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration and transdisciplinary processes to address complex challenges in new ways, often leveraging emerging technologies. She is an excellent moderator and master of ceremony in both small and large settings.
Vanessa facilitates processes in complex environments where the public sector meets corporates, academia, NGO:s and citizens. She has worked with all phases of system innovation: from gathering the right participants, understanding the challenge and structures, to creating a vision, building an ecosystem, navigating emerging markets and then developing, testing, and implementing new ways of working and solutions.
Vanessa has an interdisciplinary education in the humanities, social sciences and technology, she has lead digitalisation processes in large politically steered organizations as well as startups.
In 2024 she decided to venture on a new route to be able to work as an independent innovation leader. She started out under the name Ware Labs and then joined forces with Karin Victorin under Wild Ride’s flag.
